Fun Facts: 

I was born in: December in San Bernardino, Ca.. I grew up in: All over Southern California.

I trained as a dancer at:
6-12 yrs old-(small school in Bakersfield)
12-19 yrs old - Dance Dynamics
19-present day-all over the LA area from Debbie Reynolds to Millennium Dance Complex and then started training with choreographers attending converntions into my mid twenties and to this day, still learning and educating through teacher classes, so I can educate my dancers. 

I have had awesome experiences such as: Casted in Disneyland's "Lion King" parade and working for Disneyland. 

My favorite dance style to watch is : Contemporary and really good tap. 
My favorite hobbies are:hiking and traveling.
My favorite celebrity is: dancer...Mikhail Baryshnikov
My favorite movie is: Pride and Prejudice
My favorite color is: Purple...duh haha CSDA!!
My favorite people to spend time with on my days off: My three handsome boys.
If I could live anywhere in the world: NYC or off the beach somewhere.
My favorite place to travel is: so far it has not been very far, but I would love to travel to Europe some day.
My favorite food is: Pizza and my favorite sweet is Chocolate.

17-19 yrs old - National Academy of Dance

24-28yrs old - Ruth Mitchell Dance Studio
28-36yrs old - Rotary International Ballet Company

I have had awesome experiences such as: Touring Romania, Performing leading roles in full-length Ballets and performing at Atlanta's FOX Theatre to a FULL house.

My favorite dance style to watch is: Ballet...really good Ballet.

I have had awesome experiences such as: Being in the ARMY, appearing on TV for performances, training hip hop in LA and being the owner of The Las Vegas TAP FEST.

5 - 7 yrs old - Kids In Motion Dance Studio, Las Vegas
7 - present - Center Stage Dance Academy, Las Vegas

I have had awesome experiences such as: dancing at conventions under amazing choreographers such as Travis Wall, Tyce Diorio, Mia Michaels, etc. Was aired on Dance Moms for a moment and have been able to dance along side other celebrities, HAve won many regional and national competitions

Christina Stockdale
Ballet
Christina began her training at the age of five in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At 11 she was accepted to train at the Rock School of the Pennsylvania Ballet where she was able to perform at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia with the Pennsylvania Ballet. In high school Ms. Stockdale also trained at the Academy of International Ballet and performed with International Ballet Classique.

After graduation high school in 2005, Christina Stockdale accepted a position at Manassas Ballet Theatre in Manassas Virginia. While she was there she performed as a soloist in many ballets including Mina in Dracula, The Butterfly in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Snow Queen and Flower Soloist in The Nutcracker and many others.

After two seasons with MBT, Ms. Stockdale decided to move cross country and dance for a ballet company in Washington state: Ballet Bellevue. Ms. Stockdale spent four years with the company as a principal dancer and teaching in the school. She also directed and choreographed several Ballet Bellevue School productions. Her featured roles while in the company were: Aurora and Lilac Fairy in The Sleeping Beauty, Jack Frost in the Ballet Bellevue premiere of The Snowman, Sugar Plum and Snow Queen in The Nutcracker and many others including contemporary choreography by Stacy Lowenberg, Kabby Mitchell III, Jennifer Porter, Keith Derrick Randolph and Angela Sterling.

In 2011, Ms. Stockdale auditioned and was accepted as a company member in Nevada Ballet Theatre. While she was with the company she worked with world famous ballerina Cynthia Gregory and with Tara Keating on Georege Balanchine's Serenade. She also performed with Cirque du Soleil in an NBT Cirque du Soleil collaboration.

At the end of the season in 2012, Ms. Stockdale left Nevada Ballet Theatre and decided to pursue other areas of dance in the fabulous Las Vegas and currently is dancing and performing ten shows per week in a show on the strip: Tournament of Kings at Excalibur. She also guest performs with several ballet companies in the area including Las Vegas Ballet Company, and Kelly Roth Dancers and guest performs up in Seattle as a burlesque ballet dancer with the burlesque company Lily Verlain and Jasper McCann Presents!

Ms. Stockdale joined the staff at Center Stage Dance Academy in 2012 as a sub and a full time ballet instructor in 2013!


Joshua Peri
Tumbling Breakin
Mr. Josh started gymnastics in 1991 at Gym Marin in California in 97' and excelled in floor acrobatics at Redwood Empire Gymnastics.  In, 2012, he started working at Cal Star Gymnastics with children to young adults and specialized in floor work and skills such as handstands, rolls, cartwheels,handsprings, and flips. While developing core strength, balance, and flexibility.  Josh is also a self taught break dancer and battles some of the world's best hip hop crews around the US.  We are very excited to have Josh as a part of CSDA.
CSDA takes pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment in which to train you to dance.  Our dance studio remains open to all who love the art of dance.  We understand that Las Vegas has plenty of choices for you to dance, that is why we choose to hold on to core values and strive to treat every dancer as if they are the only one at our dance studio.   Whether you dance one day a week or six days a week, we believe in you and thank you dearly for giving us the opportunity to open the world of dance within you.
